Discussion:
Muenich. Recognized the LEGO robotics team run through Community Education, as they have multiple teams going to State. Great feeder program for high school robotics.
Appelwick. Recognized Kelsey Olin, Jen Larson and Holly Martin for organizing the fourth grade kindness retreat. Wietman. Recognized Minnesota Paraprofessional Week. Thanked the paraprofessionals. Berg. Thanked Kelsey Olin and Jen Larson for taking time to talk with Early Childhood staff about grief after the passing of Abbie Pannkuk. Whitwam.Recognized Minnesota Paraprofessional Week. Discussion:
Gained 14 students, most of whom are at the Elementary School, since the last Board meeting.

X.B. Blueprint for Success
Discussion:
CTE group met again and is in the process of writing a grant. Will meet again in early February.
Facilities group met. A new elementary school would cost between $49-59 million. In the process of having numbers redrawn for five years in the future. PLC group is on the agenda for this week. |

X.C. MSBA Leadership Conference
Discussion:
Interesting to see that Owatonna HS was built by community donated money. Great conference.
