Description:
The board may convene an Executive session Pursuant to ORS 192.660: To consider the employment of or the dismissal or disciplining of, or hear complaints or changes brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. To consider records exempt by law from public inspection. To consult with counsel concerning current or possible litigation. To review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing. To consider matters relating to school safety or a plan that responds to safety threats made toward a school.

10.2. TRANSFER OF FUNDS
Description:
Ms. Rufo asks that the board motion for a transfer of funds in the amount of $50,000 from the General Fund to the Food Services Fund.

Description:
This resolution is to rename the business manager for the fiscal year 2024-25.
