Description:
The board may convene an Executive session Pursuant to ORS 192.660: To consider the employment of or the dismissal or disciplining of, or hear complaints or changes brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, to negotiate real property transactions. To review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing.
