Description:
The board may convene an Executive session Pursuant to ORS 192.660: To consider the employment of or the dismissal or disciplining of, or hear complaints or changes brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent. To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, to negotiate real property transactions. To consider records exempt by law from public inspection. To consult with counsel concerning current or possible litigation.
