• Series Bond 2021, Series Bond 2022, Interest and Sinking Account, Excess Revenue account, and Operating Fund Account as authorized signature to all Throckmorton Collegiate ISD accounts to have the following authorized signatories:

1. Charles Mims;
2. Britnee Woods;
3. Terry Don Barrington;
4. Sandra Redwine; and
5. Whitney Waller.

8.vi. Consider and Take Action: Hiring Mrs. Maggy Jones as 2nd/3rd grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

9.
