1. The Lorenzo ISD Board of Trustees will take final action to hire Gregory Nelson as the Lorenzo ISD Superintendent beginning June 1, 2024, and continuing through June 20, 2027.

2. Action/Discussion to approve the Superintendent contract between Gregory Nelson and Lorenzo ISD beginning June 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.  

3. Action to accept the resignation of current Superintendent, Kayla Morrison, effective May 31, 2024.  
 

4. Executive Session:  If, during the course of the meeting, a discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, and Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f).  Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section of the Act authorizing the closed meeting.  All final votes, actions, or decision will be taken in open meeting.
