Rationale:
Dr. Addley will provide district updates.

I.B. Student Representative Reports (5 min.)
Rationale:
Ms. Maddie Attianese and Ms. Sarah Cusano, Student Representatives, will report on activities taking place at the high school.

I.C. Teaching & Learning (15 min.)
Rationale:
Mr. Christopher Tranberg, along with some members of the Equity Task Force Committee, will present an Executive Summary to the Board on the work and recommendations of the Equity Task Force.

II. Public Comment
Rationale:
Granby community engagement and attendance at BOE public meetings is welcomed. The Public Comment segment of the meeting agenda is set aside so the BOE may receive public comments. Procedurally, public remarks will be limited to about 5 minutes and citizens will be asked to identify themselves. Because the BOE is limited by the Freedom of Information Act to discussing only matters on the agenda, the BOE is not permitted to engage in a discussion of the comments presented.

Rationale:
The Board will discuss preparations for the upcoming budget hearing and referendum.

V.A. First Reading of Revised Policy 5113 - Attendance (5 min.)
Rationale:
The Curriculum/Policy/Technology/Communications Subcommittee recommends revised Policy 5113, Attendance, to the Board for a first reading.

V.B. Date for Graduation and Last Day of School (5 min.)
Rationale:
The Board establishes the date for high school graduation at their first meeting in April. By law, graduation cannot be scheduled prior to the 180th day of school. The Superintendent recommends that Thursday, June 21, 2018 be established as the graduation date and last day of school.
