Rationale:
Kelly Lane Intermediate School will be presenting two enrichment programs. Jennifer Griswold, teacher and advisor, along with a couple of students will do a presentation on the World Cultures Club and Jim Whitten, teacher and advisor, along with a few students will do a presentation about the Poetry Club.

Rationale:
The Board will approve/amend the minutes of the March 23, 2011 Board of Education meeting.

III.B. Date for Graduation and Last Day of School
Rationale:
The Board establishes the date for high school graduation at their first meeting in April. By law, graduation cannot be scheduled prior to the 180th day of school. The Superintendent recommends that Thursday, June 16, 2011 be established as the graduation date.

III.C. Healthy Food Certification Statement for FY12
Rationale:
The Board is required to vote on the Connecticut State Department of Education Healthy Food Certification Statement.
