XI. Action Item: To approve the multi-year contract between the Town of Madison/Madison Public Schools and Tyler Technologies for the implementation of the MUNIS Financial/ HR/ Payroll software system. Funding for the one-time fees associated with implementation and data conversion is included in the Capital Improvement Program. Recurring annual fees of $99,996 will be shared between the Town and School District’s Operating Budgets. The initial term of the Agreement is three years.
