VII.D. Increasing Communication and Improving Teaching and Learning
Rationale:
During the summer of 2016, the administrative team began its focus on improving our communication with the community, focusing on improving teaching and learning. We agreed that we would work to build the capacity of our staff to communicate regularly and openly with each other, with families and with community members. We would seek to collaborate with and engage our stakeholders to improve and support learning for all children and their families. The links and explanations below are examples (not all-inclusive) of our communication and collaboration efforts. We understand that our improvements as a district will only continue as we all work together to support teaching and learning in New Fairfield. |
