We Are ER Fundraiser

Discussion:

Staff Appreciation Week started today and we love to celebrate our staff that consistently goes above and beyond in so many areas. Staff will be given a shirt tomorrow as a thank you and each building and department celebrates differently throughout the week.
The ERHS front office opened today and a huge thank you goes to Lacey Straight, Kim Rice, Jack Young, Brett Graham & Rich Hopkins for making this happen during a very busy time of the year. Some seniors even helped with the moving of equipment and boxes.
All building principals are getting ready for summer school with invitations going out on Monday. Summer school will be held at Mill Creek for both Mill Creek and Lakeland. Summer school will be held at ERHS for both CMS and ERHS.
Superintendent McKenna didn't state much more here than what President Brown stated above for Mill Creek Academy. With the resolution adopted above, the district plans to submit the formal application to MDE this week and hopes for an answer by Memorial Day.
The We Are ER fundraiser was a huge success thanks to Brett Graham's vision to bring this back after some years and to Sarah Alexander, Todd Alexander, Meg Gutowski, Teresa Freundl and countless volunteers for making it all happen.

BOARD OF EDUCATION CELEBRATING SUCCESSES

Discussion: Brown - Stated it was so neat to walk through the new entrance at the high school for the board meeting tonight.
Antcliff - Would like to celebrate where the district is at with moving forward with Mill Creek Academy.
