1. Superintendent evaluation
a. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
b. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel, to deliberate the superintendent’s evaluation.
 
2. Level III Grievance
a. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District’s attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to receive legal advice regarding the grievance process.
b. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to conduct a Level III Grievance Hearing regarding a personnel matter involving a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

Consider and take action regarding Level III Grievance heard in closed session.
