February 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM - Addendum to February 19, 2020 Regular Board Meeting

Description:  Recall that this was place holder for more language.  Board Members in open session can discuss their perceptions of what the next step needs to be related to the Lunis I and Lunis II Solar projects.  Assuming there will be people wanting to participate in the public comments we can address this Addendum after public comments so that we can then take action at the March Board Meeting.  Assuming the Board wants to take action sooner than later you can entertain an action item similar to:

Sample motion:  I move that the Superintendent work with our Attorneys to provide an action agenda item in line with language required by the Attorney General for the March 2020 Regular Board Meeting; that will allow the Board to vote on the Chapter 313 agreement for the Lunis I and Lunis II solar projects.
