IV.A. Consider and if appropriate, approve Teacher Appraisal Calendar for the 2020-21 School Year.
Description:
We are required to adopt a teacher appraisal calendar for each school year.

IV.B. Consider and if appropriate, approve Parent/Student Handbook.
Description:
Each year we revise and adopt Employee Handbooks. There are no changes.

Description:
Each year we revise and adopt Employee Handbooks. There are not changes.

IV.D. Consider and if appropriate, approve budget amendment.
Description:
This is money from the government for 2019 restart funds from Amelda in the amount of 11,904.00.

Description:
This amendment was tabled from our last meeting. These are stimulus PPE funds in the amount of 445,270.00

IV.G. Consider and if appropriate approve administration salaries.
Description:
August contracted personnel: For TRS reasons we need to approve those that have a starting contract beginning in August. they are: Myself, Coring, Nancy and Anita. I am suggesting we continue with our 4% raise for us.
Nancy also does GH so we might want to consider that in the raise as well. |

IV.H. Consider and if appropriate, approve Superintendent power to apply for Waivers on behalf of the School Board as related to Covid-19.
Description:
There will be several waivers from the state relating to Covid-19. Normally we would need to wait for a board meeting to apply. However, with changing situations in Covid-19, waivers need to be expedited at a faster rate.
