1. We completed our Door Seep Audit in Sept. There were NO findings. 2. Financial Audit is being conducted by Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, L.L.P. as approved by the board this past spring. With the amount of Federal money(ESSER Funds) the district spent (over $750,000.00) a single audit was triggered. The cost has increased as well, from 18,900 to a range of 21,000-23,000. 3. The house at 410 Edwards had to have the Air Conditioning replaced. The quoted cost was $7,380.00, still waiting for the bill from Lowery. 4. The High School Science Lab Unit is out now as well. Equipment availability is an issue. 2 quotes, received. 5. Superintendents Academy Nov. 1 - Nov. 3 in Austin. 6. TASB August 1 Bill--$125,405.00 was not paid in 2021-2022 like it should have been. |
