V.F. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution authorizing:
1. The sale of a tract of real property owned by the District located at the corner of East 9th Street and Igoe Avenue to the City of Anton for fair market value in accordance with Texas Local Government Code 272.001(b)(5); 2. The Superintendent to execute an agreement with the City of Anton to sell such real property for fair market value as determined by an appraisal obtained by the District; 3. The Board President to execute the deed evidencing the conveyance of the real property from the District to the City of Anton; and 4. Other matters necessary to consummate the closing of the conveyance of the real property from the District to the City of Anton. |
