1. CALL TO ORDER

2. VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN MEETING LAW This is to verify that the provisions of Section 551 of the Texas Government Code have been met in connection with public notice of this meeting.

3. PUBLIC HEARING on the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT  by each individual Trustee of the Cooper ISD Board of Trustees Conflict of Interest Policy in connection with the Application and Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Cooper ISD and 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520.

5. CONSIDER AND POSSIBLE ACTION to adopt the Findings of Fact of the Cooper ISD Board of Trustees in connection with the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

6. CONSIDER AND POSSIBLE ACTION  to approve the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property and enter into an Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Cooper ISD and 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520, pursuant to Texas Tax Code § 313.

CONSIDER AND POSSIBLE ACTION to accept an Amendment to the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from 249RD 8me LLC, pursuant to Section 10.2 of the Agreement for Limitation on Appraised Value of Property for School District Maintenance and Operations Taxes by and between Cooper ISD and 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520.

8. CONSIDER AND POSSIBLE ACTION  to establish and approve an application amendment fee, pursuant to Board Policy CCGB(LOCAL), with regards to Amendment to the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property from 249RD 8me LLC, Comptroller Application #1520.

9. CLOSED SESSION 

9.A. Texas Gov’t Code § 551.087—Consult with legal counsel, as necessary, to address commercial or financial information that the District received regarding 249RD 8me LLC, with which the District is conducting economic development negotiations.

9.B. Texas Gov’t Code § 551.071—Consult with legal counsel, as necessary, to address legal
concerns, implications, and questions regarding the posted agenda items.
