Consideration and possible adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of Montgomery Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds; levying a tax and providing for the security and payment therefor; authorizing the pricing officer to approve the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified parameters; authorizing the redemption prior to maturity of certain outstanding bonds; and enacting other provisions related thereto.
