II. Roll Call of Members
Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 4 p.m.
The following board members were present: Ms. Adams, Mr. Bryan, Mrs. Landry, Mr. Tierney, and Mrs. Modder. Ms. Stevens und Mr. Price were excused. A quorum of the board was present. Mr. Haithcock, Mr. Keckler, Mrs. Lopez, and Dr. Weiss were also present. |

III. Request to Submit Application for Head Start Supplemental Funds for Nutrition and Healthy Eating
Discussion:
Mrs. Landry moved to approve the application submission, and use of the funds if awarded, to the one-time Head Start supplemental funds for nutrition and healthy eating in the amount of $24,500 to support healthy eating initiatives and physical wellness for the 2025-2026 school year. Ms. Adams seconded the motion. Unanimous.
