Description:
Cherish will be visiting districts to update the participant lists in Fairbanks. The participant lists have to be updated by December 13.

5.B. Board Resolutions
Description:
Received all but one.

5.C. RDSPD Board Resolutions
Description:
Received all but four.
|

5.D. HCSSA Agreement
Description:
We won't be able to update until we get all Board Resolutions back.

5.E. TEA Monitoring
Description:
Strategic Support Plan- All districts will complete. Current deadline to have them completed is February 1, 2020. See attached power point.

5.F. STAAR ALT 2 Waivers
Description:
Let Cherish know if you need help completing yours. They are due November 22.

5.G. HHSC Single Audits
Description:
Cherish sent an email last week. Let her know if your business manager has any questions or needs any help with these.

Description:
Please let your PEIMS clerks know the SSA is sending special education records through TREX. Ask them not to reject the notice in TREX until the special education records are uploaded.

5.K. Personnel
Description:
Frieda Grigsby has submitted her letter to retire, effective December 20, 2019. We posted the position, but have only had two applicants, neither of which are quality. We are dividing and conquering among the other diagnosticians, but will probably need to contract out to cover some testing. See attached letter.
