Description:
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by
Texas Government Code §551.074, discussion of appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, compensation, or duties of public employees. Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.074; 551.082 and 551.0821, presentation of Level III parent grievance hearing regarding student discipline and related matters and deliberation regarding the same. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.071,consultation with legal counsel regarding Level III parent grievance hearing and related matters, and any other subject matter No voting will take place in the closed meeting, Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
