4. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION
Description:
Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda.
Texas Government Code §551.071 and §551.129 Trustees may convene in closed session to receive legal advice from its attorney with regard to the proposed Exhibit A to the AIA B101-2017 Master Agreement with Pfluger Architects, Inc., a Texas Corporation ("Architect"), for the Project entitled Pre-Bond Services, Possible Bond Services, and Possible Architectural/Engineering and Construction Administraiton Services for Possible November 2023 Bond Construction Program, dated June 8, 2023, Exhibit A, Assignment of Work No. 1 providing an Assignment of Work for the Architect to proceed with the Orangefield Elementary School, Orangefield Junior High School, and Orangefield High School Project. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting. |
