II.3. Charge of the Reopening Committee
Description:
The board approved an ad-hoc committee to study the district virtual learning opportunities and maximize safety and acedemic performance. The committee will make related recommendations to the board. The District recommends approval of the committee.
The Board expects the committee to produce: a recommendation to the board for addressing the potential for the safe return of all students into the school buildings and monitor the virtual learning experience. The Board recommends the committee's role by advisory, researching issues, and evaluating options to formulate a recommendation based upon local pandemic metrics. The board recommends monthly progress reports during the health pandemic. Notice that the committees are subject to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law and that the records of the committee are subject to possible public inspection to the extend provided by Public Records Law. |
