II.A. Discussion of assignment, evaluation, resignation and employment of professional personnel

II.B. Discuss the Superintendent’s recommendation for sanctions against a probationary contract teacher assigned to Parnell Elementary, who abandoned her contract two (2) working days before the beginning of school in the 2013-2014 year, as permitted by section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code.

II.C. Discuss the Superintendent’s recommendation for sanctions against a probationary contract teacher assigned to Rowe Intermediate, who abandoned her contract three (3) instructional days after school began in the 2013-2014 year, as permitted by section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code.

II.D. The Board will also meet in closed (executive) session to deliberate a student discipline matter, as permitted by section 551.082(a)(1), Tex. Gov’t Code. No action will be taken on this matter at this meeting.



The Board may also elect to consult in closed (executive) session with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of the three (3) items listed above, as permitted by section 551.071 (2), Tex. Gov't Code.
