4. Approve budget amendments for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

5. Consider and approve the 2023-2024 budget for Follett ISD.

6. Adopt the resolution setting the Maintenance & Operating (M&O) tax rate for the 2023-2024 school year at $0.66920.
|
|
7. Consider and adopt the Interest & Sinking Fund (I&S) tax rate to 0.16162 as proposed in the resolution.

8. Executive Session
Description:
If during the course of the meeting, discussion of certain items on the agenda may be held in closed meeting. The board shall conduct the closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, or Texas Government Code section 418.183. These include but are not limited to Govt. Code 551.074, Personnel Matters; 551.082 Student Matters; Code 551.076, Security Personnel or Devices. All final votes, actions, or decisions regarding any matter deliberated in closed meetings shall only be taken in open meetings for which proper notice has been given. [See BEC (Legal).
