1. Meeting Called to Order

Adjourn to Closed Session for the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084) whereupon the Superintendent, at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:

2.A. Consultation with School Attorney Sec. 551.071
School Board shall seek the advice of its attorney regarding (1) pending employment litigation, or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the chapter |

3. Reconvene in Open Session

3.A. Discuss and take any appropriate action on issues addressed in Closed Session
