4. Consider and take action as appropriate on the purchase of real estate consisting of 37.17 acres located at 755 West Highway 21, Cedar Creek, Bastrop County, Texas 78612 (A7, Barker, Martha) from Jaime and Yolanda Torres for $444,000.00. The property is expected to be utilized for the construction of a Centralized Multi-Purpose Athletic Stadium for the District. The project budget for the stadium is $17,000,000.00, as approved by the voters in the 2007 bond election.
