Phyllis Gant addressed the board and mentioned that she didn't have kids in Plainview. Milton Lee addressed the board stated that the NAACP was brought into this situation because of the lack of communication by the district. Kenyan Andrews addressed the board. He stated Esther Sepeda addressed the board. She stated that their is a "video" |
