10)A. Discuss and Consider approval of GMP #3 for the New Aubrey Elementary School #4 project. This is a partial GMP that includes additional scope of work not yet approved, including: building and precast concrete, structural steel, foodservice equipment, elevator, fire suppression and alarm, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. This is GMP #3 of 4 for the Aubrey Elementary #4 project and will be part of the overall GMP for the project. The fourth and final GMP will be brought back for consideration at a future Board Meeting.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's Attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with 551 of the Texas Local Government Code. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third party. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074: Deliberating the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of an elected officer or employee.
