Discussion:
Budget 2026-2027 discussion
The superintendent brought the options for staffing patterns and cost savings — Plan A, B and C. Administration should reorganize next year due to superintendents contract expiration after this year. Suggestions for savings included in the discussion were as follows: Combined classrooms, Dean of students/Classroom TOSA. Custodial staffing cuts. Account payable/HR as one. Post for AP/Benefit, shared position possible with MVED? Still have to cut 26-27 year 250,000 from budget. |
