Description:
The school board meeting is a meeting in the public, not a public meeting. Nicollet School Board Policy provides that persons who wish to have a subject discussed at a public school board meeting are encouraged to notify the superintendent’s office in advance of the school board meeting. The school board chair will recognize one speaker at a time and will rule out of order other speakers who are not recognized, violations of data privacy, or inappropriate comments.

5.a. Superintendent's Report
Description:
The Toyota Dealership did not receive an allocation last month for us to purchase a Sienna LE AWD. They will receive another allocation of vehicles available to purchase in a few weeks.
The next District Dialogue before the November 9 meeting, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Nick and Scot are the designated school board representatives. Installation of the video conferencing system in the community center is nearly completed. We are planning to use the system for the November 9 school board meeting. |

Description:
The superintendent recommends deleting the first two rows of the salary schedule. The starting wages are insufficient to attract new employees. Current employees are placed as designated in yellow below.

Description:
