1. CALL TO ORDER
Bohnsack, Kollar, Nierenhausen, Schurman, Thompson, Vettleson

2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The School Board Chair will lead the school board and attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Board action to approve the agenda for the meeting is expected.

4. CONSENT ITEMS
Action is requested on the following items of the consent agenda. Consent agenda items are typically adopted without discussion of the individual items because they are routine or ordinary in action.  Any consent agenda item may be removed for further discussion and deliberation by any member of the board.

4.A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes from the Regular Board Meeting held on August 25, 2025. Recommend approval of the minutes from the meeting.

4.B. EMPLOYMENT
Recommend approval of the assignment as outlined.

4.B.1. ROCORI Secondary Agriculture Teacher - Brandon Thurk

4.B.2. ROCORI Middle School Paraprofessional - Taylor Dockendorf

4.B.3. ROCORI Secondary School 6th grade choir consultant - Derek Benoit

4.B.4. ROCORI Secondary School 6th grade choir consultant - Ashley Benoit

4.C. RESIGNATIONS - TERMINATIONS
Recommend approval of the following resignations and/or terminations.

4.C.1. Cold Spring Elementary Cooks Helper - April Simon.  Resignation effective August 31, 2025.

4.C.2. ROCORI Secondary School Agriculture Teacher - Nicole Luhr.  ROCORI is rescinding the teaching contract that was offered and approved at the April 14th school board meeting.  We are no longer offering employment to Nicole. 

4.C.3. ROCORI High School social studies teacher - Alex Naujokas.  Resignation effective September 17, 2025.

4.C.4. ROCORI Secondary School paraprofessional-Lucia Mercado Ubaldo.  Voluntary resignation by abandonment of position effective September 3, 2025. 

4.D. LEAVE OF ABSENCE REQUEST

4.D.1. ROCORI Secondary Choir Teacher, Kim Morford, is requesting leave from August 25, 2025 to September 12, 2025. 

4.D.2. Cold Spring Elementary 1st grade teacher, Abby Trapp, is requesting a 12 week leave starting December 8, 2025.

4.D.3. Cold Spring Elementary 1st grade teacher, Krista Gombos, is requesting a 12 week leave starting November 17, 2025.

5. PRESENTATION 

5.A. FOOD SERVICE UPDATE
Director of Food Service, Chris Barker, will present an update on the food service department 

5.B. TECHNOLOGY UPDATE
Director of Technology, Brian Michalski, will present an update on technology.

The Superintendent will make his report about ROCORI Public Schools.

6.A.1. Enrollment Update

6.B. PARAPROFESSIONAL AND TEACHER NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE
The negotiations' committee will give an update on paraprofessional and teacher negotiations. 

7. COMMENTS AND REQUESTS FROM VISITORS
The agenda is open to visitors of the meeting to offer comments to and/or requests of the school board. The comments and requests should follow the adopted district guidelines which are printed and available at the meeting.  As a general rule, items introduced in the opportunity for comments and requests do not receive action from the School Board, but are taken under advisement or consideration for future action.

A calendar of upcoming issues of concern to the school board is included as part of the agenda.
