Presenter:  AD Bryan Wormley
Description:  Awarding of Grants: The primary goal of the Foundation will be to award grants that assist, recognize, promote, and fund extra-curricular participation by high school students in athletic and fine arts programs. These grants will be awarded based upon gender balance, school size, and geographic location to the extent possible.

11.c. Approve Individual Contract Work Agreements for 2021-2023

Description:  The contracts reflect a 4% salary increase 2022 and a 3% salary increase 2023.
$350 to VEBA ($1,650 to $2,000)
$25 increase to 403(b) ($2,000 Annually)
11.d. Approve a $300 COVID-19 Stipend 
Presenter:  Dr. Parks
Description:  ESSER funding allows for school districts to provide a one-time retention stipend to recognize the extra work required to address the impact of COVID-19 on the learning environment.

All Nevis Public School staff who are contracted through the teachers union, certified staff union, bus drivers or individual contract holders will be eligible for $300 paid on December 15, 2021.
