1. CALL TO ORDER - Chair Shields

2. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Board is holding the executive session under ORS 192.660¹(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, and, ORS 192.660¹(2)(n) (D) & (E) to discuss information about review or approval of programs relating to the security of any of (D) Telecommunication systems, including cellular, wireless or radio systems.and (E) Data transmissions by whatever means provided. Members of the media may attend the executive session but may not report on what is discussed.
