Discussion:  Rejected and kept the roof access door.

Discussion:  We'll wait until spring 2021 to decide whether or not to move forward with new hallway lights and ceiling tiles in Area B at the HS.
2.A.2) PR 20
Discussion:  Waiting on estimated costs for installing a new fire pump required at the HS.
2.B. Field Change Orders
2.B.1) FCO 17
Discussion:  $8,612 added cost to set the HVAC on top of the roof at Area B.  There was missing information between bid packages one and two.
2.B.2) FCO 19
Discussion:  A lot of floor patching in the science classrooms.  They charged us only 25% extra to work over the Labor Day holiday weekend.  Total cost is $5,527.

3.A. High School Remodel
Discussion:  Area B at HS
  • Over MEA Break the Painter will finish the hallway and touch up work
  • Counter tops in science classrooms will be replaced during summer 2021
  • All other punch list work will be completed in the next week
3.B. Elementary School Remodel
3.C. High School Addition
3.D. Elementary School Addition
  • Roof blocking is scheduled to begin today.
  • Some of the disruptive construction work is saved for Fridays while students are home distance learning.
  • Steel erector will soon move over to the Center Block.
  • Elementary will be ready for the start of school during fall 2021.
