6.1. Contract with Mathematics Institute of Wisconsin (A) (Dr. MacCrindle and Dr. Schlichter)
Dr. MacCrindle and Dr. Schlichter will present a contract with the Mathematics Institute of Wisconsin for the purpose of supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to the K-12 math review. 
Recommendation: Seeking approval as presented.

6.2. Learning Plans for 2021-22 (R) (Dr. Schlichter and Dr. MacCrindle)
Dr. Schlichter and Dr. MacCrindle will present an overview of the current reality related to learning in District 158, as well as learning plans to support students for the 2021-22 school year.
Recommendation: This report is for informational purposes only. 

7. Finance Committee (Mr. Quagliano-chair, Mr. Gentry, Mr. Cratty)

7.1. Payables (A) (Mr. Altmayer)
The Finance Committee is submitting the purchase orders at $462,921.67; imprest checks at $69,698.53; accounts payable at $708.33; and disbursements issued at $2,762,629.13; for review and seeking approval to move forward.

7.2. Monthly Fiscal Updates (R) (Mr. Altmayer)
Mr. Altmayer will provide the monthly fiscal updates and the Activity Fund Balance Report.
