1080 square feet out of Property Number 27562, a 0.6 acre tract, part of the Thomas Morrow Survey, Abstract Number 222, Lee County, Texas (Property 1) beginning at the Northwestern-most corner of Property 1 and extending 10 feet South along the Western border of Property 1, then 108 feet East parallel to Property 1’s Northern and Southern Borders, then 10 feet North along the Property 1’s Eastern Border; AND 100 square feet out of Property Number 17334, a 0.149 acre tract, part of the Thomas Morrow Survey, Abstract Number 222, Lee County, Texas (Property 2) beginning at the Northwestern-most corner of Property 2 and extending 10 feet South along the Western border of Property 2, then 10 feet East parallel to Property 2’s Northern and Southern Borders, then 10 feet North extending to Property 2’s Northern Border. AND Authorize the Superintendent to offer the surface only of the real property to an adjacent landowner in accordance with the requirements of Texas Education Code, Section 11.1542 and Chapter 272 of the Texas Local Government Code. |
