Authorize the Superintendent to sign Property Schedule No. 10 to the Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement, dated August 5, 2020 and all related documents with American Capital Financial Services, Inc., for the financing of the School District’s lease of technology equipment in an amount not to exceed $2,100,000.00.
