6.2. MDE Recommended Language Update to Previously Adopted Resolution

Description:
At the July 10, 2017 School Board Regular Business Meeting, the board passed a resolution authorizing a single new board approved referendum authority of $300 per adjusted pupil unit by combining the $183.97 and $116.03 of school board approved referendum authority. The district has been contacted by the Minnesota Department of Education requesting an additional resolution rescinding the original September 23, 2013 referendum authority.
Recommended Action Approve a resolution rescinding prior resolution on September 23, 2013 that converted voter approved referendum authority to a board approved referendum authority as presented.
