Offer of Lindsay and Robert Linehan to purchase the tax foreclosed property located at 5699 North Street in Copeville Texas (the "Property") for ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($1,500.00) DOLLARS, and authorize the Superintendent to execute a quitclaim or special warranty deed to document the transaction.  The Property was bid off to Collin County, Collin College and the Community ISD pursuant to judgment in Cause No. 199-00113-2010, Tax Account No. R-1031-008-0010-1.  This re-sale of the property is made pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.05(i) and is made contingent upon the approval of all taxing units in the judgment: Community ISD, Collin County and Collin College.  The proceeds from the sale will be distributed in accordance with Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.06.
