Tonya Allen, Director of Family and Community Engagement will provide an overview of the past year of training and implementation plans.

6.3. Year of Learning and "My Grandmother’s Hands" (Information)
Description:
Radious Guess, Director of Equity and Inclusion will provide an overview of the 287 is developing a Community of Practice. Board Members are invited to join us as we deepen and expand relationships and body-based practices in our Year of Learning with Justice Leadership Solutions, Resmaa Menakem. 6.4. Back to School Progress (Information)
Description:
Dr. Elisabeth Lodge Rogers, Assistant Superintendent, will provide an overview of Back to School progress in terms of celebrations and challenges we have experienced in this unusual school year.

Description:
Ben Magras, Executive Director of School and Student Outcomes will provide an overview of the Federal Grant just awarded to Intermediate District 287.

Mae Hawkins, Executive Director of Business Services will provide the board with an update on the various grants the district is accessing to offset the additional expenses related to COVID 19.

Description:
Michelle Axell, Director of Human Resources, will present an update on the 284 negotiations. The School Board may hold a closed meeting to consider a strategy for labor negotiations. Minn. Stat. §13D.03.
