8.3.1. Probationary Non-Licensed Non-Renewal Resolutions (Resolution)
Description:
Michelle Axell, Director of Human Resources, will present the resolutions and request Board action. There will be two subsets of the main action. Each subset requires a roll call vote of the Board. Resolution Relating to the Termination and Non-renewal of Probationary Non-Licensed Employees; Resolution Relating to the Termination and Non-renewal of Probationary Teaching Contract of the Following Probationary Teachers.

8.3.2. Temporary Licensed Positions Resolution (Resolution)
Description:
Michelle Axell, Director of Human Resources, will present the resolution and request Board action. Resolution Relating to the Temporary Licensed Positions ending June 30, 2020.

8.3.3. Resolution Reducing Programs and Position (Resolution)
Description:
Michelle Axell, Director of Human Resources, will present a proposed Resolution approving reductions in programs and positions. The School Board of Intermediate District 287 adopted a resolution on February 27, 2020 directing the Superintendent of Schools and the Administration to consider the discontinuance of programs and positions for the 2020-2021 school year.

8.3.4. Resolution Proposing to Place the Following Licensed Staff on Unrequested Leave of Absence (ULA) (Resolution)
Description:
Michelle Axell, Director of Human Resources, will present a proposed Resolution requesting approval from the Board to place tenured licensed staff on unrequested leave of absence.
