Description:
Jim Eichten, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., will present a summary of the FY14 Audit and the Board will be asked to accept it.

6.1.2. Approval of Routine Monthly Finance Report (Action)
Description:
Mae Hawkins, Executive Director of Business Services will provide an overview of the November 2014 monthly finance report and the Board will be asked to approve them.

6.3.1. Closed Session – Employee
Description:
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.05, subdivisions 2 and 3, this agenda item will be closed for preliminary considerations of allegations against one or more of its employees, and a discussion with its attorneys.

6.3.2. Update on the Bloomington Withdrawal
Description:
The School Board will hold a closed meeting as permitted by the attorney-client privilege (Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 3(b)) to discuss the lawsuit involving the withdrawal of the Bloomington School District from the Intermediate.
