4. Discuss information from the interviews, reference checks, and community/staff questions sessions. Discuss need/desire for site visit(s) and, if needed, determine schedule(s), questions, and procedures for those visits,
and, if not, identify the lone finalist and take school board action. |

5. Discuss and decide employment contract parameters and negotiations process
|

6. Discuss, decide, and schedule the steps necessary for the rest of the hiring process
|
