Effective May 31, the law allows appointment for currently pending school board vacancies. We will accept applications for Interim School Board member until June 16. At the June 20 meeting, an Interim member will be appointed. There is a 30 day waiting (contesting) period from the day we appoint the person before they can serve on the Board. The new board member would become an active member on July 20. |
