IX.4.a.2) Compensation Increase for Building and District Administrators
Description:
recommendation is to increase the base salaries for all building and district administrators by $825 for the 2017-2018 contract period. Further, if the fall 2018 enrollment is within the stated range and the Master Contract for teachers is not subject to being reopened, then building and district administrators will receive an increase of $750 to their base salaries for the 2018-2019 contract period. Increases both years are contingent upon an evaluation rating that is either effective or highly effective for the prior contract period. Note: This recommendation is consistent with the increases provided to certified staff members for the same contract periods.

IX.4.a.3) Compensation Increase for Performance
Description:
The recommendation is to compensate those teachers determined to be excluded from recognition provided by the Teacher Appreciation Grant along with district and building administrators by an amount that is consistent with teachers that are recognized under the grant. The same terms apply concerning the differentiation of compensation between teachers receiving a rating of effective and highly effective.
