3.c) Ordinance to amend Sec. 12-7043 of the Code of Ordinances, to modify boundaries of the Don Juan Filhoil Histroric Preservation District and the Cottonport Historic District.  Received a favorable review from the West Monroe Historic Preservation Commission and from the Planning Commission.
