II.C. Appoint Dorothy Kennedy, Elections Administrator, as the Joint Early Voting Clerk for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

II.D. Appoint Elections Office at 1308 Crickets Avenue to serve as the Joint Main Early Voting polling place for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

II.E. Appoint the dates, times and locations to be used in the Early Voting period for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

II.F. Appoint the Vote Centers to be used as polling places on Election Day for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

II.G. Appoint the following people to the Signature Verification Committee for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014:  Lynne Murray, Yolanda Guerrero, Melodia Gutierrez, Joe Castner, Brad Clardy, Patricia Franklin, Cindi Simmons, Deanne Clark, Mary Ann Bridges, Lucy Eade and Skeet Workman

II.H. Appoint Patricia Franklin as the Judge of the Signature Verification Committee for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

Appoint the following people to the Early Voting Ballot Board for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014:  Betty Wheeler, Billy Martinez, Brian Murrany, Billie Russell, Joe Castner, Brad Clardy, Johnny Franklin, Mikel Ward, Patsy Jones, Jane Strong, Edd Dillashaw, and Staci Dillashaw

II.J. Appoint Johnny Franklin as the Judge and Betty Wheeler as the Alternate Judge of the Early Voting Ballot Board for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014

II.K. Appoint Dorothy Kennedy, Elections Administrator, as the Central Count Manager, Roxzine Stinson as the Tabulation Supervisor and Tom Grimes as the Presiding Judge of the Central Count Station for the General and Special Elections to be held November 4, 2014
