Description:
A new housing development located at the property formerly known as the Hollydale Golf Course will yield approximately 230 new single-family homes. The development is located within the Kimberly Lane Elementary and Central Middle School attendance areas. Historically the District has analyzed the sustainability of school assignments for new housing developments, and whether the current assignment is appropriate, before the developments are completed. The purpose of this agenda item is to review available data and determine the best school assignments for the Hollydale housing development before students begin to enroll.
