8. Consider the continuation of the bond maintenance contract with Stifel.
Description:
There are some upcoming items that will have to be addressed in the next year or two regarding the bond. If the desire is to try and pass another bond, the relationship may help in that process. $5000 per year seems steep to me, but they do take care of some reporting that most people cannot do on their own. I think for now, we should continue with them so that we can get the bond paid and refinance the remaining amount.
